My father once told me a story about how men using 15,000 words a day and women, 20,000. But, back in the days when a woman stayed home raising children, she only was able to use about 5,000 words. That meant that when the man of the house came home, he normally faced a deluge of the 15,000 words that his wife had to get out. hee hee
