I still need to try to update mine. I think I will make that this week's priority and see what happens in the Brissy office

I'm doing the same thing stateside trying to get a copy of the passport issuance manual the US Department of State uses, or at least the relevant pages. The State Department is slow, but I know they've received my FOIA request and are processing it...

I am reading the 2007 document right now... somebody REALLY needs to help these poor people rewrite these documents using the right terminology - whoever writes this stuff seems TERRIBLY confused. Confused terminology = confused understanding.

I STILL find it deeply offensive that they insist in mislabelling us as "transgender," too. I am very deeply offended by that. I am NOT a man in a dress. I DO NOT have male genitals.

Elizabeth, it was annoying that I missed you by a day or two in Chonburi. Never mind, maybe later.

Hope your dilation schedule isn't too onerous. I was lucky there initially, but had to cut back to the medium size later on, due to complications. I'm back to the large size now, but also back to the same discomfort I felt at 6 weeks. C'est la vie.

Good luck with your passport issues, or non-issues. If there's anything I can do to help, please let me know.

Ann O'namus - yes, the language is pretty dreadful. There's also some logical flaws - such as not dealing with Intersexed people born overseas.

Can you write a document to help these poor lost souls out, do you think? Someone needs to! That way, they will not have ignorance as a refuge at least.
