Sarah Palin and HIllary Clinton

From "Saturday Night Live"

This is what politics, and political attack should be. Exaggerating for effect, and with humour. Just enough of the truth to make you think about the issues. And bi-partisan, without fear or favour.

Also, it really helps to be funny, as this one is.

Funny it was, but bi-partisan? Ha! The SNL crew are so in the bag for Hillary Clinton.

Nothing wrong with being for Hillary. I thought the skit highlighted the absurbity of American politics. That is the highly qualified Clinton is on the outside looking in, while a hockey mom who can see Russia from her house could be our president (if McCain keels over).

Tina Fey did a great job as Palin in the skit.

I've watched this little skit over and over. Comedy is such an effective tool. deb
