Correct me if I'm wrong...
but wasn't there a provision in the bill that stated a person could enter a locker/restroom of the opposite sex based on their 'perception' or 'feeling' of which gender they were that day?
Next case?

just came across your blog from mine and its nice to see that you are comfortable in your intersexuality
Comfortable with being Intersexed? Not really. Comfortable with being who I am, most certainly. And yes, I'm Intersexed, so I suppose I'm comfortable with that too.
Funny you should say that, as I don't Identify as being Queer. Though I am, technically.
I'm a woman, who is also a rocket scientist, and a parent, and with dual UK/Australian citizenship, and a Geekette, and Intersexed, and with a Transsexual past, and 5 ft 6, and...
It just isn't that big a deal for the way I feel. It's not even that big a deal in the way I'm treated socially - people usually get to know me well before they find out my Dark Secret Past, and then it doesn't matter. The kind of people I tend to mix with, who meet my standards of "this is a nice person I want to be associated with", they tend not to be bigots.
It is a big deal in the way I'm treated in law though.
It's a far bigger deal when I see people just like me get treated even worse. I'm the Nigger who passes for White - but not because I try to, people just assume.
